SHOCKING PHOTOS: Female Journalist Takes Off Her Clothes While Interviewing Local Government Leader

A Canadian radio host and newspaper columnist took off her top during an interview with her local mayor this week and continued asking him questions bare-chested.
photo
Lori Welbourne, who hosts the radio show On The Rocks and writes a column for the Province newspaper, was talking to Walter Gray, mayor of Kelowna in British Columbia, about whether it was legal in the town for women to bare their breasts in public.
'What if I went walking down the street topless?' she asked in the recorded interview.

But before Gray could answer her question, Welbourne handed him her microphone and undid the strap on her dress, exposing her breasts.
'What are you doing,' he asked, to which she replied, 'it's really hot in here.'
After regaining his composure, Gray explained that while someone may be tempted to call the police there is little authorities could do because it is in fact entirely legal for a woman to be topless anywhere a man can be.
Welbourne's stunt was in anticipation of Sunday's Go Topless Day.
Public toplessness is not illegal anywhere in Canada unless it's deemed to be indecent. It is also legal for women in a range of American states though plenty still outlaw.
'So I can go topless here in Kelowna?' Welbourne went on.
'Well, evidently,' Gray said. 'I'm not suggesting you should do that but I don't think you’d be committing any crime or breaking any bylaw.'
Groups of women turned out shirtless in cities including New York on August 25 to celebrate a women's right to bare her breasts in public. The annual event was started in 2007.
Welbourne went on to ask the mayor whether he was aware we are all naked under our clothes and whether he had any piercing and he replied in good humor.

Newspaper Shuts Over Government Corruption Report

photo
One of Liberia’s leading local daily newspapers has been shut down after its publisher was jailed for libel over a report about government corruption, its staff told AFP on Tuesday.
Rodney Sieh, managing director of Frontpage Africa, was taken into custody on Wednesday last week following a Supreme Court ruling that the paper should pay US $1.6 million for libelling former agriculture minister J. Chris Toe.
The court ordered that the paper be closed down until the damages are paid in full.
“Law enforcement officers closed our offices on Friday. So I will say that today makes it two days since we stopped publishing,” Wade Williams, one of the paper’s editors, told AFP.
“The workers have all stopped coming to work because the building was locked by the court.”
Toe successfully sued the paper after Sieh wrote a story in 2009 accusing the minister of stealing government funds.
Williams said Sieh had been on hunger strike since his arrest on Wednesday last week.
“He has not been eating at all. People are talking to him to eat but he has categorically refused to do so. We are very worried because his condition is getting worse by the day,” Williams said.
Frontpage has been vociferous in its criticism of the government of President Ellen Johnson Sirleaf in recent years.
Sieh is expected to remain incarcerated until he pays the damages or Sirleaf intervenes.

"Liberia Has Education Problem": How 24,000 Students Failed University Entrance Exams

"Liberia Has Education Problem": How 24,000 Students Failed University Entrance Exams
Monrovia, Liberia -- The administration of the University of Liberia, the oldest degree-granting school in West Africa, has disclosed that no student passed in the entrance and placement examinations.
Recently, the University of Liberia administered entrance exams to more than 24,000 students.
According to the head of UL Relations, Dr. S. Momolu Getaweh, no student earned the scores of 50 percent in Math and 70 percent in English which have been set as passing scores for the undergraduate examinations.
Similarly, the administration of the University of Liberia also said no candidate who sat for the graduate programs for the Law School and School of Pharmacy exams scored 70 percent.
The UL administration said, holding these results constant, no candidate would have otherwise been admitted to the university for academic 2013/14 in the above programs.
Considering the massive failures, the UL administration said two separate meetings were held to find a way out. As a result of the meetings, the UL Senate reviewed several other scenarios below the benchmarks and recommended for the admission of 1,626 candidates who scored either at least 40 percent in Math and 50 percent in English in the undergraduate program.
However, it said total hours of academic work for the first semester of 2013/14 shall not exceed nine hours a week, adding "the students must pass the transitional courses within two semesters, if they wish to continue at the university."
The statement said upon admission to the university, the rules governing poor academic performance shall apply, noting that these rules shall be provided to the candidates during the matriculation exercises following registration for first semester 2013/14.
Dr. Getaweh said the results of the entrance clearly indicate that Liberia's educational system still has a problem.
Meanwhile, the Student Representative to the Student Council Alhadji Kromah says he sees recent entrance examination results of the University of Liberia as frustrating and disappointing because the University allowed only two persons to correct the exam paper.
"You cannot have two persons correcting over 23,000 papers in less than one month," Kromah said.
Kromah says the selection of the 1, 626 students for remedial admission who equally failed with the rest of the students who sat the exams is a question that the administration needs to answer.
"They [UL Administration] told us all the students failed. How did they configured one thousand students to be admitted?" Kromah wondered. "Authority at the University has handpicked people from their offices, nieces and nephews to make them regular students."
He said, zero entry is not a benchmark that should be implored by the University to reduce the number of enrollment. "You cannot create an impression here like Liberian students are not learning anything just to reduce the enrollment," Kromah said.
Last year 2012/2013, the University of Liberia admitted nearly 7,500 candidates in the Undergraduate programs because the criteria used for those admissions were quite different from this year. The scores of 49% and 33% for English and Mathematics were used as the basis for passing in previous year.
The president of the Cape Mount University of Liberia Student Association Blessing Rogers said the University should not register more students when they [UL authorities] are aware that there is an issue of the limited capacity at the university.
"For somebody to tell me that all the students failed the University needs to give the Liberian people justifiable reasons," Rogers said.

Nigerian Government Break Off Negotiations With ASUU, Blames Opposition

The Nigerian Government has decided to break off negotiation with the Academic Staff Union of Universities (ASUU) over what it called the infiltration of the union by the opposition to discredit the government.
The committee set up by the Federal government to negotiate with the union had given a verdict of non-compromise on the part of the union and the security report of the infiltration of the opposition it decided to break the negotiation.
It was revealed that the committee had reported to the government that the union had remained 'rigid and unbending' to suggestions on how to agree on some of the issues it was agitating for so as to end the strike which had entered its ninth week.
The committee had told the government that the union leaders were arrogant and selfish as their interest was paramount to that of their students who had been at home all this while.
The government after the report told the committee members that it had fresh security report that the union's stance on the lingering crisis in the education sector was as a result of the opposition's infiltration into the union.
It said the opposition wants to portray the government as irrational and uncaring to the plight of the lecturers and their students as well as present the government in bad light to Nigerians and the international community.
The government in breaking the negotiation has decided to fund individual student's education as it is done in advanced countries.
As a way of making nonsense of the industrial action by ASUU, SaharaReporters gathered that the government plans to introduce loans to the students throughout their period in the university so as to cushion the effect of the financial hardship on the students.
The government expects the students to re-pay the loans after graduation provided they get jobs of their choice. It however could not be ascertained how the loan to the students would compel the lecturers to call off the strike.
The National President of ASUU, Dr. Nasir Fagee, had last week during a press conference at the University of Lagos, Nigeria said the union had pulled out of the negotiation between the union and the Nigerian government citing insincerity as reason for its decision, adding that the union would not call off its strike until the agreement the government signed with the union in 2009 is honoured.

Hitmen Captured in Plot to Kill Venezuelan President Maduro

Venezuela said it derailed a plot to kill President Nicolas Maduro, arresting two hitmen it said wanted to assassinate the leftist leader on orders from a Colombian conservative ex-president.Hitmen Captured in Plot to Kill Venezuelan President Maduro
Interior Minister Miguel Rodriguez said at a briefing that Caracas arrested the alleged hitmen, two Colombians, on August 13.
The pair, Victor Johan Guache Mosquera and Erick Leonardo Huertas Rios, were part of “a group of 10 men who were coming to carry out the murder of the president,” working with former Colombian president Alvaro Uribe, Rodriguez charged.
Maduro himself called on US President Barack Obama to say if he ordered or knew of the alleged assassination plan.
Maduro said that besides Colombia, it was hatched by far-right Venezuelan opposition figures in Miami. Maduro is a frequent and fiery critic of Washington, as was his predecessor, the late Hugo Chavez.
“Is President Obama so weak that decisions are made for him in the United States to kill a Latin American head of state without his knowing it?” Maduro said to reporters.
The pair detained were part of a support team for a “highly experienced hitman” identified by the alias David, whom they reported to directly and who was to personally carry out the assassination, the minister said.
David, Rodriguez charged, was taking orders from a Colombian who is in prison, Oscar Alcantara Gonzalez, alias “Gancho Mosco”, who allegedly works for Uribe.
“We have no doubt that Alvaro Uribe Velez has knowledge of all these things … And we are not the least bit surprised that he is the one giving orders through operatives,” Rodriguez alleged.
The Colombian ex-president, who held office from 2002-2010, vehemently denied the plot, branding the allegations “slurs.”
In an interview with Colombian television, Uribe said he would rather talk about “important issues and not the slurs of the dictatorship.”
Venezuelan opposition leader Henrique Capriles, who lost the April presidential vote to Maduro and is contesting the results, shrugged off the alleged plot, saying: “Nobody believes that tall tale.”
Rodriguez in June alleged that Maduro was targeted by a separate assassination plot launched from Colombia and the United States.
Venezuela made frequent allegations of assassination plots against the late leftist President Hugo Chavez and has continued to do so under Maduro, his handpicked successor.
Official results gave Maduro, 50, a razor-thin margin of just 1.5 percent over Capriles, 41, in the April 14 election.

15 Signs Obama Will Start War With Syria

The Obama administration is actually considering an attack on Syria even though the American people are overwhelmingly against it.
15 Signs Obama Will Start War With Syria
Obama does not have Congressional approval to start a war, and he will never get approval for military action from the UN because it will be blocked by Russia. This is setting up to become a colossal foreign policy disaster for the United States.
A potential war with Syria has been brought to the forefront because of a chemical weapons attack near Damascus last week that killed as many as 1,400 people. The Obama administration and several other western nations are blaming this attack on the Assad regime.
But others are pointing out that it would make absolutely no sense for the Assad regime to do such a thing. They appear to be winning the civil war, and Assad knows that Obama has previously said that the use of chemical weapons in Syria would be a “red line” for the United States.
So why would the Assad regime launch a brutal chemical weapons attack against women and children just miles from where UN inspectors were staying?  Why would Assad risk war with the United States and the rest of NATO?
Assad would have to be extremely stupid or extremely suicidal to do such a thing. The ones that benefit from this chemical weapons attack are the jihadist rebels. The odds of foreign intervention in the conflict just went way, way up.
We will probably never learn the real truth about who was actually behind that attack. And even if it had not happened, the US and the rest of NATO would have probably come up with another justification to go to war anyway.
They appear absolutely obsessed with getting rid of Assad, but they have not really thought through the consequences. The following are 15 signs that Obama has already made the decision to go to war with Syria:
1. Syria has agreed to allow UN officials to inspect the site of the recent chemical weapons attack that killed up to 1,400 people, but a "senior US official" says that such an inspection would be "too late to be credible."
2. According to ABC News, the White House is saying that there is "very little doubt" that the Assad regime was behind the deadly chemical weapons attack last week.
3. Four US warships with ballistic missiles are moving into position in the eastern Mediterranean Sea. If the command is given, they will be able to rain Tomahawk cruise missiles down on targets inside Syria within minutes.
US defense officials told The Associated Press that the Navy had sent a fourth warship armed with ballistic missiles into the eastern Mediterranean Sea but without immediate orders for any missile launch into Syria.
US Navy ships are capable of a variety of military actions, including launching Tomahawk cruise missiles, as they did against Libya in 2011 as part of an international action that led to the overthrow of the Libyan government.
More
4. CBS News is reporting that "the Pentagon is making the initial preparations for a Cruise missile attack on Syrian government forces."
5. On Saturday, Barack Obama met with his national security team to discuss what actions should be taken in Syria.
6. US Secretary of Defense Chuck Hagel says that Barack Obama has asked him to "prepare options for all contingencies" as far as a conflict with Syria is concerned.
7. After a phone conversation with British Prime Minister David Cameron about the situation in Syria, the White House announced that both leaders expressed "grave concern" about the chemical weapons attack that took place last week.
8. Military commanders from the United States, Britain, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Turkey, France, Italy and Canada are meeting in Amman, Jordan on Sunday to coordinate plans for upcoming attacks on Syria.
9. According to France’s second largest newspaper, rebel forces that have been trained by the CIA have been pouring toward Damascus "since mid-August."
According to some information, the regime’s opponents, supervised by Jordanian, Israeli and American commandos moving towards Damascus since mid-August. This attack could explain the possible use of the Syrian president to chemical weapons.
According to information obtained by Le Figaro, the first trained in guerrilla warfare by the Americans in Jordan Syrian troops reportedly entered into action since mid-August in southern Syria, in the region of Deraa.
A first group of 300 men, probably supported by Israeli and Jordanian commandos, as well as men of the CIA, had crossed the border on August 17.
A second would have joined the 19. According to military sources, the Americans, who do not want to put troops on the Syrian soil or arming rebels in part controlled by radical Islamists form quietly for several months in a training camp set up at the border Jordanian-Syrian fighters ASL, the Free Syrian Army, handpicked.
10. The US military moved a significant number of F-16 fighter jets to Jordan earlier this year for military exercises, and kept them there afterward "at the request of the Jordanian government."
11. According to a government document that WikiLeaks released back in March 2012, NATO personnel have been on the ground inside Syria preparing for regime change since 2011.
12. The Times of Israel is reporting that an internal military assessment has concluded that "Washington is seriously considering a limited yet effective attack that will make it clear to the regime in Damascus that the international community will not tolerate the use of weapons of mass destruction against Syrian civilians or any other elements."
13. US Senator John McCain recently said that if the US military does not hit Syria, it will be like "writing a blank check to other brutal dictators around the world if they want to use chemical weapons."
14. According to the New York Times, "the NATO air war in Kosovo" is being studied "as a possible blueprint for acting without a mandate from the United Nations."
15. The White House has released a statement that says that the Obama administration has no plans to put "boots on the ground", but it did not rule out any other types of military action.

Prison Break Star, Michael Scofield confirms he is gay.

Prison Break Star, Michael Scofield confirms he is gay. Wentworth Miller has come out as gay.

The Prison Break star decided it was time to publicly reveal his sexuality after being invited to attend a film festival in Russia. "Thank you for your kind invitation. As someone who has enjoyed visiting Russia in the past and can also claim a degree of Russian ancestry, it would make me happy to say yes," Wentworth, 41, says in a letter to Maria Averbakh, director of the St. Petersburg International Film Festival.

"However, as a gay man, I must decline. "I am deeply troubled by the current attitude toward and treatment of gay men and women by the Russian government," he continued in the letter, posted on GLAAD's website. "The situation is in no way acceptable, and I cannot in good conscience participate in a celebratory occasion hosted by a country where people like myself are being systematically denied their basic right to live and love openly.

He also said "if circumstances improve, I'll be free to make a different choice." GLAAD spokesman Wilson Cruz praised Miller's actions. "Wentworth's bold show of support sends a powerful message to LGBT Russians: you are not alone," Cruz said. "As people from across the globe continue to speak out against this horrific law, more celebrities and corporations should follow his courageous lead in openly condemning Russia's anti-LGBT law." Implemented last month, a controversial new law has banned "propaganda of nontraditional intimate relations around minors," including the public discussion of gay rights and relationships anywhere children might hear it.

The law has been condemned by Russian and international human rights groups as highly discriminatory. The anti-gay propaganda law quickly stirred up controversy, with people calling for a boycott of the 2014 Winter Olympics in Russia to gay bars in Los Angeles and New York holding "vodka-dumping" protests.

Boko Haram Kill 44 In Borno

At least 44 persons were killed Tuesday in a village near Baga Village of Kukawa Local Government Area of Borno State, emergency health workers said.

Baga was the scene of an April attack that led to the death of about 200 people, mostly civilians, with many of them believed to have been killed when soldiers allegedly set hundreds of houses on fire in retaliation at the killing of soldiers by suspected Boko Haram members.

An official of the National Emergency Management Agency, NEMA, said officials of the agency counted at least 44 corpses in Tuesday’s attack by suspected members of the Boko Haram.

Residents told aide workers who visited the troubled area that about 50 armed men stormed their village and embarked on a killing spree using knives.

“Those who did not die were left with their eyes gorged out with knives, and several others seriously injured,” said the NEMA official, who doesn’t want to be quoted as he was not authorized to speak to the press yet.

“Many people were displaced because the Boko Haram set their houses ablaze, though we cannot say how many. We are going to Baga village on Saturday to set up camps for the displaced,” the official added.

“As I am speaking to you now, Red cross officials and the Medicine Sans Frontier are attending to the injured victims. The village has been deserted and the people are now taking refuge at the Baga central primary school.”

Journalists have been unable to confirm the incident since Wednesday due to lack of communication networks, which has been grounded in the state in the last three months.

The spokesman of the Joint Task Force, JTF, Sagir Musa, could also not be contacted.

The Media Coordinator of the Multi National Joint Task Force, MNJTF, in Baga, Haruna Sani, told journalists in response to an email sent to him seeking confirmation of the incident that he had no knowledge of the attack, as he was away from his base.

“I am right now in Adamawa State for an assignment and due to the network problem, I have difficulty in reaching my Headquarters. I suggest you find out from Defense Headquarters, may be they are in the picture of the incidence. Thanks for your effort,” he said.

But a security source, who doesn’t want to be quoted, as he is not allowed to speak to press, confirmed the incident to PREMIUM TIMES.

“There was an attack on Tuesday in Baga that I am aware of but I have no detailed information on it because this is not under the purview of the JTF; it is the MNJTF that can speak on that,” the source said.

The Boko Haram has embarked on attacking softer targets outside Maiduguri after the vigilante (Civilian-JTF) joined forces with the JTF to apprehend them. The JTF recently announced the death of top leaders of the sect including that of its overall leader, Abubakar Shekau, who is believed to have died from gunshot wounds.

The terrorist are believed to use knives as gunshots often attract Civilian-JTF or soldiers to the scene. Many of such attacks on isolated villages and hamlets are reported by victims and residents, but verification has been difficult due to the state of emergency and network shutdown in the state; while security operatives often do not confirm the attacks.

WICKEDNESS : MAN SETS MUM ON FIRE IN LAGOS

The Police in Lagos, yesterday, said they were on the trail of a man who allegedly burnt his 87-year-old mother to death in their Adekunle Yaba residence in Lagos. The fleeing assailant, 45-year-old Bamidele Bakare, was alleged to have set the building located on 16, Ishola Street ablaze in the early hours of Monday. Eye witnesses said before the building was set ablaze, Bamidele evacuated his five children and property from one of the rooms he occupied. While the building comprising eight rooms was on fire, occupants who were jolted from sleep reportedly scrambled out of their respective apartments for safety. Two of them who attempted to rescue the octogenarian identified as Folorunsho Bakare who was fast asleep were reportedly prevented by Bamidele, whom they alleged threatened to set them ablaze too if they dared. Elder brother to the alleged assailant, Mr Olu Bakare, who reportedly rushed down from Jos, the Plateau State capital where he resides, expressed shock that his sibling could send their mother to her grave in such manner. He told Vanguard yesterday: “As if the death of our mother was not enough, my brother buried her charred remains without my consent.” Bakare said the burnt building was owned by him, adding that things fell apart between him and his younger brother after the latter allegedly stole documents of some of his property located in Jos and Lagos. Bakare said: “I took him to court and that was the beginning of his rift with me. I believe he set my mother on fire because of that. But what has that got to do with my 87-year-old mother? “When I heard the news, I took the next available vehicle to Lagos. I reported the matter to the Adekunle Police division, from where the Divisional Crime Officer and Inspector Crime followed me to ascertain the claim. “I was also asked to get two persons who saw when he was setting the building ablaze. I did and they attested to it. “They said when they wanted to rescue my mother, Bamidele told them to leave her to die, saying after all, she was his mother and that he was capable of burying her. After setting the building ablaze, he disappeared with his children.” However, police sources said efforts were on to arrest fleeing Bamidele.

REALLY SHORT STORY THAT WILL MAKE YOU CRY

While a man was polishing his new car, his 4 year old son picked up a stone and scratched lines on the side of the car. In anger, the man took the child's hand and hit it many times; not realising he was using a wrench. At the hospital, the child lost all his fingers due to multiple fractures. When the child saw his father ... with painful eyes he asked, 'Dad when will my fingers grow back?' The man was so hurt and speechless; he went back to his car and kicked it alot of times. Devasted by his own actions ... sitting in front of that car he looked at the scratches; the child had written ' I LOVE YOU DAD.' The next day the man committed suicide ... Anger and Love have no limits; choose LOVE to have a beautiful lovely life ... THINGS are to be USED and PEOPLE are to be LOVED, but the problem in today's world is that, PEOPLE are USED and THINGS are LOVED ... Let's be careful to keep this thought in mind: THINGS are to be USED, but PEOPLE are to be LOVED ... Do you LOVE THINGS more and USE PEOPLE or do you LOVE PEOPLE more and USE THINGS? ... Watch your THOUGHTS; they become WORDS. Watch your WORDS; they become ACTIONS. Watch your ACTIONS; they become HABITS. Watch your HABITS; they become your CHARACTER. Watch your CHARACTER; it becomes your DESTINY.

A VERY TOUCHING STORY

Somewhere in Milaor, Camarines Sur, there lived a fourth grader boy who would follow this route to school everyday: He has to cross the rugged plains and cross the dangerous highway where vehicles are recklessly driving to and from. Once past this highway, the boy would take a short cut, passing by the Church every morning just to say Hi to God, and faithfully say his, "Magandang umaga po" in Bicol dialect. He was faithfully being watched by a Priest who was happy to find innocence so uplifting in the morning, "Kamusta, Andoy? Papasok ka na?" "Opo padre."he would flash his innocent grin, the priest would be touched. He was so concerned that one day he talked to Andoy. "From school", he advised "Do not cross the highway, you can pass through the Church and I can accompany you to the other side of the road that way I can see that you are home safe" "Thank you father" "Why don't you go home why do you stay in this church right after school?" "I just want to say 'Hi' to my friend, God," and the priest would leave the boy to spend time beside the altar, talking to himself, but the priest was hiding behind the altar to listen to what this boy has to say to his heavenly FATHER. "You know my math exam was pretty bad today, but I did not cheat although my seatmate is bullying me for notes. I ate one cracker and drank my water, Itay had a bad season and all I can eat is this cracker. Thank you for this! I saw a poor kitten who was hungry and I know how he feels so I gave my last cracker to him. funny but I am not that hungry. Look, this is my last pair of slippers I may have to walk barefoot next week, you see this is about to be broken but it is okay at least I am still going to school.... Some say we will have a hard season this month, some of my classmates have already stopped going to school please help them get to school again, please God? Oh, you know, Inay hit me again, it is painful, but I know this pain will pass away, at least I still have a mother God, you want to see my bruises? I know you can heal them Here here and oh blood I guess you knew about this one huh? Please don't be mad at Inay, she is just tired and she worries for the food in our table and my schooling that is why she hits us Oh, I think I am in love there's this pretty girl in my class, her name is Anita do you think she will like me? Anyway, at least I know you will always like me, I don't have to be anybody just to please you, you are my very best friend! Hey your birthday is two days from now!!! Aren't you excited? I am! Wait till you see, I have a gift for you . but it is a surprise! I hope you will like it! Oooops, I have to go" then he stood up and calls out, "Padre, padre, I am finished talking to my friend you can accompany me to the other side of the road now" This routine happens everyday. Andoy never fails. Father Agaton shares this every Sunday to the people in his church because he has not seen a very pure faith and trust in God, a very positive look at negative situations. One Christmas day, Father Agaton was sick so he could not make it in the Church, he was sent to the hospital. The Church was left to 4 manangs who would chant the rosary in 1000 miles per hour, would not smile and would always find fault in what you do, they were also very well versed in cursing if you irritate them! They were kneeling, saying their kilometric rosary when Andoy, coming from his Christmas party, playfully dashed in. "Hello God! I .." "P--!! (a curse) bata ka!! Alam mo nang may nagdadasal!! Alis!!" Poor Andoy was so terrified, "Where's Father Agaton? He is supposed to help me cross the street and to be able to cross the street I will have to pass by the back door of this church not only that, I have to greet Jesus. It is His birthday, I have a gift right here" Just as he was about to get the gift out of his shirt, the manang pulled his shirt and threw him out of the church. "Susmaryosep!!! (does the sign of the cross fervently) Alis kang bata ka, kung hindi matatamaan ka!!! So the boy had no choice but to cross the dangerous side of the road in front of the church. He crossed. A fast moving bus came in. There was a blind curve. The boy was protecting his gift inside his shirt, so he was not looking. There was so little time. Andoy died on the spot. A lot of people crowded the poor boy, the body of a lifeless young boy Suddenly, out of nowhere a tall man in a pure white shirt and pants, a face so mild and gentle, but with eyes full of tears He came and carried the boy in His arms. He was crying. Curious bystanders nudged the man in white, and asked, "Excuse me sir, are you related to this child? Do you know this child?" The man in white, His face mourning and in agony, looked up and answered, "He was my best friend. " was all he said. He took the badly wrapped gift in the bloody chest of the lifeless boy, and placed it near His heart. He stood up and carried the boy away and they both disappeared in sight. The crowd was curious On Christmas Eve, Father Agaton learned of the shocking news. He visited the house, and wanted to verify about the man in white. He consulted the parents of Andoy. "How did you know that your son died?" "A man in white brought him here." sobbed the mother. "What did he say?" The father answered, "He did not say anything. He was mourning. We do not know him and yet he was very lonely about our son's death, as if he knew our son very well. But there was something peaceful and unexplainable about him. He gave me my son, and then he smiled peacefully. He brushed my son's hair away from his face and kissed him on his forehead, then he whispered something" "What did he say?" "He said to my boy" the father began, "Thank you for the gift I will see you soon you will be with me" and the father of the boy continued, "and you know for a while, it felt so wonderful I cried, but I do not know why all I know is I cried tears of joy I could not explain it, Father, but when that man left, something peaceful came over me, I felt a deep sense of love inside I could not explain the joy in my heart, I knew my boy is in heaven now but tell me, Father, who is this man that my son talks to everyday in your church, you should know because you are always there except at the time of his death "Father Agaton suddenly felt the tears welling in his eyes, with trembling knees, he murmurred, "He was talking to no one but .. GOD" If you love this story, please LIKE and SHARE this on to your friends. So you can touch others too.GODBLESS!

HEART FELT STORY

Once upon a time, there was once a guy who was very much in love with this girl. This romantic guy folded 1,000 pieces of papercranes as a gift to his girl. Although, at that time he was just a small executive in his company, his future doesn't seemed too bright, they were very happy together. Until one day, his girl told him she was going to Paris and will never come back. She also told him that she cannot visualise any future for the both of them, so let's go their own ways there and then... heartbroken, the guy agreed. When he regained his confidence, he worked hard day and night, slogging his body and mind just to make something out of himself. Finally with all these hardwork and with the help of friends, this guy had set up his own company... "You never fail until you stop trying." he always told himself. "I must make it in life!" One rainy day, while this guy was driving, he saw an elderly couple sharing an umbrella in the rain walking to some destination. Even with the umbrella, they were still drenched. It didn't take him long to realise those were his ex- girlfriend's parents. With a heart in getting back at them, he drove slowly beside the couple, wanting them to spot him in his luxury sedan. He wanted them to know that he wasn't the same anymore, he had his own company, car, condo, etc. He had made it in life! Before the guy can realise, the couple was walking towards a cemetary, and he got out of his car and followed them...and he saw his ex- girlfriend, a photograph of her smiling sweetly as ever at him from her tombstone... and he saw his precious papercranes in a bottle placed beside her tomb. Her parents saw him. He walked over and asked them why this had happened. They explained, she did not leave for France at all. She was stricken ill with cancer. In her heart, she had believed that he will make it someday, but she did not want her illness to be his obstacle ... therefore she had chosen to leave him. She had wanted her parents to put his papercranes beside her, because, if the day comes when fate brings him to her again he can take some of those back with him. The guy just wept ...the worst way to miss someone is to be sitting right beside them but knowing you can't have them and will never see them again. The End." A tragic story that perhaps happens only in the movies. At the end of the day, money is money is money but love is divine. In our quest for our material wealth, take time to make time for our loved ones. There will be a time when we have only memories to cling to. Take this weekend to show our "love" to all that are close to us.
